Allflow Services – Terms and Conditions of Trade

1. Definitions
“Customer” refers to the individual or entity engaging Allflow Services for plumbing services.
“Company” refers to Allflow Services, the provider of plumbing services.
“Services” means all plumbing work performed by the Company including, but not limited to, maintenance, repairs, installations, inspections and emergency work.
2. Acceptance
By engaging our services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be subject to change if additional work is required that was not included in the original scope. Call-out fees and after-hours surcharges may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount.
The Company may suspend or withhold further services for overdue accounts.
Payment methods include EFT, credit card, and cash.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Warranties
Allflow Services provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on all labour performed by our team. This warranty ensures that our workmanship meets industry standards and is free from defects for the life of the installation.
All completed work is carried out in accordance with:
- the Plumbing Code of Australia (AS/NZS 3500),
- Office of Energy requirements,
- WA Department of Health guidelines, and
- Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) standards.
This warranty does not cover parts or materials, including any components that are faulty, defective, or fail due to reasons beyond our control.
Product warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
The warranty is void if the work has been altered, misused, or damaged by others after completion.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or faults in plumbing systems;
- Any loss or damage arising from delays or events beyond our control;
- Indirect or consequential loss suffered by the Customer.
8. Access and Safety
The Customer must provide safe, clear access to all relevant work areas.
If hazardous conditions are present (e.g. asbestos, unsafe wiring), work will cease until the area is deemed safe, and additional charges may apply.
9. Ownership of Materials
All materials supplied by the Company remain its property until full payment is received.
The Company reserves the right to retrieve materials if payment is not made.
10. Consumer Rights
These Terms do not override rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Customers are entitled to guarantees including:
- Work being carried out with due care and skill;
- Services being fit for purpose;
- Reasonable time for completion.
11. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably before taking legal action.
The Company is a member of Master Plumbers and Gasfitters Association of WA and adheres to its dispute resolution procedures where applicable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any legal proceedings must be commenced in that jurisdiction.
